The mission statement/purpose of NAMI Montgomery is to provide support, education, and advocacy for persons with mental illnesses, their families, and others whose lives are affected by these brain disorders.

On Wednesday, March 20, join us at the State House in Montgomery. With a warm up Rally at the steps of the Alabama State House at 10 a.m., the primary advocacy goal is medicaid expansion to dramatically improve Community Mental Health Care and help avoid a Mental Health Crisis.

How do you participate? Make an appointment with your local legislators; join us on the steps of the State House for the rally; head inside for your appointment with your senators and representatives.
